Controlling My Nervous Breakdowns?
Answer:
Remember to BREATHE!
Hopefully your studying is helping you to feel confident that you know enough to pass the test.
Besides, what test could be so HUGE that you need to get that wound up over it? Are you going to be executed if you don't pass? Are your parents going to dis-own you if you fail? If so, you didn't need parents like that anyway, and they should be ashamed of themselves!
Stop stressing yourself out! Take some time out to help yourself to RELAX and don't over think about your test. Take care of yourself, go for a walk, talk to a friend about what you are feeling. You could change your behaviour to a more positive way of thinking. What you are putting yourself through is it helping you? You need to release your stress in a healthy way and only you can find what will work best for you. Or the other thing is you can talk with a counsellor to help you come up with better study skills Good Luck with your test.
I'm no doc, but try your best 2 relax. Wear comfortable & of course approite clothes( Guys! quite thinking with little brain, if they even think?lol). Have napkins or a towel handy if able to keep sweet at bay; bath if really FUNKY. Don't bath or smell like a French wh... with perfume or tolit water? Just trying to mask the funk? Reminber to RELAX & don't stress out on a grade. Don't let this best you. Take ordeal with a grain of salt. "If you think you got it bad... just take a look around." BE AT BEST IN EASE & DON'T sweet THE SMALL STUFF, like test.
start meditating NOW. learn slow breathing techniques.
You may even be having panic attacks - a good doctor can give you meds for that. make sure he/she knows that you need to be alert for the test.
Work Hard, But Don't Take Tension or So Much Obsession. Keep Your Mind Free From Negative Thoughts!! Breathe Easy!!
try putting on your favourite music, have it playing gently in the background, you have really studied hard, so get some one to go through some questions with you, that way you can see how much you have retained in your head.
I think fear might have a little to do with why you are sweating, and feeling like screaming is just a way to let all the anxiety in you out, that;s a good thing, trust in yourself you put the work in the results will show,
try not to worry too much, you will get there
