There is no specific branch of psychology that relates to fears/phobias (in psychology there is a difference between the two) and how we deal with it.
But the area that deals with psychological disorders, of which phobias are a part of is called Abnormal Psychology.

Well the only thing i can tell you is to check PHOBIAS. There are many different types of phobias and each of them are dealt with in a different manner. Some with medication others through psychotherapy.
