Reality of companies?
Answer:
a rude interviewer could be a rude person, one who doesn't respect you, or girls in general, or an overworked person.
i would be worried about taking a job where the interviewer was rude. it tells you something about the company.
A lot of interviewers like to put stress on the interview to see how that person reacts. If they can put up with a stranger making them mad and still keep their cool then they might be a suitable employee.
Yes my friend, the present scenario is what you have undergone. There are worst cases which I cannot imgine. Can you bring them to justice? You must.
I've had a couple of interviews like that. Don't go work there. I'm not saying you'll end up somewhere nicer if you have respectful interviews, but it's a given already that you'll annoy yourself about these people once you're there.
I guess about 1 out of 5 interviews are with really rude pricks. Then you usually have one with a very stupid person, a very needlessly difficult person, one with a person you don't hit it off with and the fifth... well if you're lucky he/she is none of the above.
Honestly I would advise you to reject the one which you have been selected. You are going to have a bad time there too for sure if you are not used to hear things from others. These days it is very true that most of the company's either private or public or even governmental, rudeness is the first thing present in all types of jobs.
Another advise to you will be be either take up a teaching job or start your own business, even though it is a small one, if you don't wish to lose your self esteem. You cannot change the world, so change yourself.
