When will a polite person curse and swear ?
Answer:
When it seems like that is the only way to make enough of an emphasis that someone else will actually pay attention to. It doesn't always work, but sometimes makes the person on the receiving end stop and think "Wow, they don't ever swear. They must really be serious/upset/insistent about this, maybe I should stop and listen." Of course, if things get to that point, you have big communication problems. I haven't really cursed since before I got divorced. ROFL
Invective is the last resort of the lout.
Because stuff goes wrong. That's why they invented swear words. They have a very useful purpose.
When they get pushed to the egde...the brink of insanity. Like that episode of the simpsons..when Ned Flanders lost his house and they neighbors rebuilt it wrong.he went ******* ballistic!!
Probably when they are at wits end ...the difference between a habit and a mistake.
When I am at my wits end with my husband
when they loose their temper or some1 irritate them too much
Theres a time and a place for everything - like when I find out that yet again a much older boy is bullying my son and when I complain to his parents they ask me 'why does everyone pick on our son' and I reply 'cos your sons a f*cking nasty little bully'
And now when I YET AGAIN have to go round to his parents house cos this nasty little sh*t has yet again caused trouble, I suspect there will be more cross words spoken between myself and his usless f*cking parents who think their evil son is a f*cking angel!!!
When said polite person is outraged enough. If he or she sees or experiences something that makes them so mad, whether it be the abuse of an innocent or even something as simple as careless driving, even polite people have the right to curse and swear.
