What are the most important things for building healthy relationships?
Answer:
Respect and trust.
For me the most important part of a relationship is trust. no matter what kind of relationship. if you are lied to by a spouce, parent, child, friend it breaks down the relationship. and it hurts. trust is number one on my list.
trust and reliability
Respect.
Communication.
Trust.
I would say trust, honesty, respect, and willingness to compromise.
Healthy Mind, Self Respect and Positive thinking are the important things for building healthy relationship.
they all boil down to the same thing - honesty and trust
laughter, trust, respect, no judging, being a true friend
trust, empathy, respect, loyalty, truthfullness and sense of humour
honesty and respect. without these two things you can never really have a relationship with anybody who ever it is. i learned this the hard way when i was in my fourtys when it was too late for too many of my family members and almost too late for others. i hope you don't wait as late as i did. many blessings on you.
IMHO the only thing worth worrying about is communication. Without that one commodity, relationships cannot build on trust, which is the other important element in a relationship. The love, friendship, closeness, sex, laughter etc etc etc etc will follow if you have those two mixed in relevant proportion.
Trust, respect, communication, willingness to forgive, not judging each other or other people, Agree on things together, or agree to disagree, empathy, and understanding the other one, when they need you most.
The most important thing that I think in building healthy relatonships should be respect, honesty, trust, and compassion. All of those things together I think will build a healthy relationship in any aspect...with your mate, with a friend, with your boss..you can use all of those things and know that you would have a strong relationship. I mean in any relationship, you would want them to respect you, be honest with you, you want to be able to trust them and know that if you need them, they will be there for you. I don't know about you all, but those things are the most imortant to me.
Trust, Respect and Understanding!
I all these are important in any of the relationships that are shown above. I think that if you have respect and trust in what a person does, then you will be able have and understanding of the person is like and also, understand and respect their actions and feelings lol
Trust, Honesty and Respect.

Open, HONEST and continuous Communication is the primary ingredient.
The other two required elements are mutual trust and respect.
be kind to everyone, smile ,be honest, give a hug when needed, always be there for each other. dont cast up past issues, sit and listen to the other person. dont judge people.
A firm basis of trust. That's the most important thing to me; if you can't trust the person you are in a either platonic or intimate relationship with, then your building blocks fall down. :)
I think it is a fair understandng of our differences and learning to accept it. We made like individual puzzle pieces and dont always fit with the others around us. I think it is how we give of ourself or respect the other in order to make the puzzle pieces fit, hence make the relationship work!
