Is it possible to predict behavior of a person?

Answer:
You can if you watch them long enough.
isn't that what psychology is all about, predicting a population of human behaviors based on a sample? it is difficult to predict behavior unless there are constraints and these constraints are accounted for. lab tests or social experiments try to minimize the amount of extraneous factors that could influence data, but even the most controlled experiments cannot account for a creature's complex genetic makeup.

if IQ, as it is known, truly had anything to do with predicting behavior then we would be able to predict more than half of the populations behaviors accurately. IQ is not concrete or universal. it is a concept meshed with other concepts made by who ever designs a test and calls what they are testing for "IQ".
I believe it depends on what sense of 'predict' that you are talking about. If you mean a prediction of immediate nature, like as a reaction to some stimuli or situation, it would be possible to predict ones reaction through body language. There are also personality patterns that could indicate a strong possibility of a certain behavior, but that requires a lot of specialized knowledge.

So in short I guess I would have to say yes.
Yes. People are subject to doing one thing over another. We enjoy some things while we find others unpleasant. Any person that doesn't flip a coin to make all their decisions is subject to a predictable pattern.
Of course it is! The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.
Generally speaking, most of the time, yes.
It all depends on the complexity of their personality, and honestly (no offense here) it depends on their IQ.
Smarter people (not necessarily geniuses) are harder to predict. Though they do tend to be more stable in their behavior.
I mean really, just look at convenience store and bank robbers. Most of them are just idiots. and they think they can get away with it indefinitely too. A smarter person knows not to even try that BS 'cause they will get caught so easily...

... they go for stuff like Fraud, Money Laundering, and other types of White-Collar crime.

But yeah, in general, smarter ppl are harder to predict.
