Whether one agrees or not has nothing to do with it. It is the subject, or better said the vibration of the subject which attract. This is precisely how the raper and the raped, the robber and the robbed, the killer and the killed wind up in exactly the right place at the right time. This is the law of attraction at work. The same process causes all the goodies to be attracted, the employer and the unemployed, etc.
Usually same beliefs are based on similar principles and morals.
It is all a matter of time in that case.
Two like thinking people will eventually reach the same conclusion, but have it tailored to their particular lot in life.
Its best that each party voice their opinion to the other respectfully and without sounding arrogant. If it can be solved easily look it up but dont get competative. Compeition is not better then resolving an issue
I think you're asking, "how do people with generally the same beliefs come to an agreement once they disagree about something?"
If so, that's simple. Since they know each other to have similar beliefs, they're more likely and willing to overlook a slight disagreement in order to stay in the other's good graces. I have plenty of friends whose coolness trumps what I think about their politics, relationships, philosophies, and what have you.
If it's a heated issue, though, you can get into some pretty feisty (and lengthy) debates. These issues might even challenge your friendship. But more often than not, one party will at one point say, "shut up, the movie's starting" or something, and then that's that, for the time being.
