When all else fails, I like to askjeeves (askjeeves.com) which is how i think i found the Capital Community College site (I received my BA from SUNY Oswego).

Also using a bibliographic reference program such as Endnote (which is around $100) will help you format citations properly. There are a few freeware versions out there of this type of software.
