I have anxiety attacks and Im afraid of school and crowds...?

i always feel like ppl are staring at me and judging me. I know this is not true most of the time because im a normal person. But when there are ppl around me I get anxious, especially in school because HS is such a stressful place! I try to take deep breaths but its hard. I talk to my therapist but it hasnt helped much. Today I wanted to get up and get some tissues (at the gym) but I felt like eveyrone was staring. I was afraid to get up and look stupid :(
Then i got my courage and went, but I still dont get why those anxiety attacks happen? Should I take medication? What should I do to help be stop being like this?! anyone with experience pls advice?

Answer:
A lot of people feel the same way you do. It's normal so don't feel like your strange or anything. Just keep yourself in social situations and as you grow older and have more experience with people, you will become more comfortable. Good luck and be yourself!
