How do you deal with HPD and emotional manipulation?



Answer:
Well, histrionics are easier than other PDs to deal with, due to the lack of true emotional attachment- basically, quite a facade.

I like using a mix of IPRT, with a DBT component, if the client has insight into (usually) her actions.
