Answer:
You are what they call an optimistic person. You tend to over analyze things and situations and are usually caught up in your own world. That is perfectly fine, people like you have a gift. You have a gift of seeing things outside of the box. You're right, everything around us isn't real...or I would say important. We're here on borrowed time and body. The only thing that really exists is our soul...that that is the only thing god takes when our time here is done. We all serve a purpose here in life, once we've served that purpose...God decides to take us with him. All of the luxurious things in life like money, clothes, cars, homes, fame, ..are all superficial things that don't really matter in this world. Try not to over analyze situations and things because you may develop an OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in thoughts.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder where a person has recurrent and unwanted ideas or impulses (called obsessions) and an urge or compulsion to do something to relieve the discomfort caused by the obsession. The obsessive thoughts range from the idea of losing control, to themes surrounding religion or keeping things or parts of one's body clean all the time. Compulsions are behaviors that help reduce the anxiety surrounding the obsessions. Most people (90%) who have OCD have both obsessions and compulsions. The thoughts and behaviors a person with OCD has are senseless, repetitive, distressing, and sometimes harmful, but they are also difficult to overcome.
dont get upset over it. live life like it is life, and dont worry. its like a gift.

i recently read a book called 'elsewhere' by Gabrielle Zevin.
it was interesting and gives a new perspective to life.
well? this is weird but hey girl, heres the truth YOU are gods girl and he made YOU for a REASON. and i dont want you to think otherwise. ok you are in this world cause you play a very important part in this life, and hony wether u want to think so or not you and this life is real and guess what ur fam. thinks ur real and ur friends think ur real and i think ur real. and they love u. and so does god.GOD LOVES YOU. REMEMBER THIS...
Honey, your real..your life it real, you need to understand a few things which will help you...first what you give your attention to grows..that is why you keep feeling this way...if you fill your head with thoughts of life and living and good things..this would quit...there are alot of people on this earth that are the walking dead..they dont experience life to the fullest, but it is your choice. You need to look at your life honestly..is there something you havent forgiven yourself for? That you feel you need punishment for? You are a unique individual with gifts that no one else has. I am putting down a website that will help you alot...if you want it too..you need to be kind to yourself and love yourself and give yourself the chance to really experience life. It seems to all of us at some time or other that we are sureal...thats normal..if you start to live life without expectiatons...you will be alot happier and you need to take self inventory and see what you box you have put yourself into and why...to do this pretend you are a vistor from another planet sent here to study you...act like you dont know who this person is and go to your room and start really researching yourself, it gives you a whole new perspective on what your life is about...it sounds to me like you are young too and your hormones might be playing havoc on you...remember this too shall pass and give yourself the chance to experience life...you will like it.
Whatever you want to think about your life go ahead, but remember, if you can create that thought, you can create other thoughts as well. You could even start every day writing your own script for how you want this day to be. Even with all those thoughts filling your head, you can still TAKE CONTROL OVER THEM AND PLAN YOUR OWN LIFE, one day at a time. Go out and buy a notebook and begin to write your own life's script.
all of your confusion will end when you go out and get the book "A Course In Miracles" it's by the Foundation For Inner Peace. you have to do the workbook for students first, don't read the text(it's meant to be read after the workbook). it takes 365 days to go thru it, it's a lesson a day. don't let that discourage you. your life will change for the better. imagine never feeling confused, and scared again. just stay focused, you can do it!
I'm sorry but I don't agree with the people who are telling you to just control this. I think if you could you would. I think you do have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and possibly depression as well. I don't know why you say you can't see a therapist, but your first step should be to see a medical doctor. There are some very good medications out there that can help you get started dealing with this problem. Then some therapy would probably help. If you have a money problem, there are usually agencies in your community that work with patients on a sliding scale. If you are just embarrassed, nobody has to know you're getting help. And getting help now will save you a lot of frustration. If it's because you are a minor and are afraid to talk to your parents about it, then have the doctor talk to them after he sees you. I'm sure they wouldn't want you to have a problem if there is help for it.
