What Social Psych Concept?

I want to know what social psych concept would cover the idea that if say a pizza is left unattended on a break room table and people who don't know where the pizza came from proceed to eat it.

Answer:
"Social Norms" would apply here. A social norm would be formed, in this case, when someone decides it is ok to eat the pizza, and then everyone just follows suit. Of course, it could just be that there is one really hungry dude eating up the pizza all alone, in which case social norm would not apply.
