On the inkblot test, what does it mean to describe things in the shading?

I remember getting the inkblot Rorshach test as a tween. My psychologist was particularly interested in one that I described a fantastic image that I saw in the grayscale shading of the card. Most of what I have read on this test invovle responses to the basic outline, or negative and positive space. I wonder what it means that I responded to the shading rather than the outline. I don't remember my responses to the other cards and only remember this particular one becasue she seemed really interested in me pointing it out exactly.

Answer:
..The truth? It means you have a rich imagination. Seriously. Beyond that, I wouldn't give that test another moment's thought or concern.
