I cant express my thoughts in good words while speaking?

I cant articulate my thoughts while speaking but i am really good at expressing myself in writing. I have always done well in my exams which are in writing, i can draft all my office documents extremely well but when it comes to speaking something orally i sudenly go blank.
Also i am bad at analysing any situation.I do not think logically. Too ofetn i think by my "heart" and not "mind".
How do i improve my "logic".

Answer:
Bring a smile on your face and then say something. Speaking will improve. Your question itself tensed me!!!!
I do the same thing! I'm a very good writer but I have trouble speaking-by the time the words get to my mouth I forgot what I was going to say because my thoughts are faster than my mouth.

I guess the best way to overcome it is to practice talking in front of people-maybe you can talk in front of a mirror at first, then friends and family, and eventually a bigger crowd. You have to take slow steps, especially if you get nervous talking in public, but you can overcome it.
while speaking u not want to prepare for anything while u speak and want to express ur self just be cool, confident and be true to urself that all will do
its not bad that u think from heart bt somethings and situations inn life comes when u have to think tuff
You're not alone! I'm the same way.

How old are you? I have found that as I've gotten older, my speaking skills are better.

They're not the best, but they've improved. Try practice talking what you write, if that helps. Don't expect magic to happen overnight, but it will improve as long as you try.
I would suggest you take a speaking course. Toastmasters would be a good place to start. They are helpful and critique you without being mean about it. High-schools may be a good place too.
Good Luck
Your logic is something that takes time depending on your age.
Mostly i know who are good in writing doesn't equate themselves in speaking. However, i would say the best that you can do is to expcsed yourseves to the public. Draw your thoughts then deliver it orally to them. The thing that you are good in writing could easily be improved because you already have it in you. Just do constant verbal communications and you wouldn't know you are already at it.
ya i find it hard to explain myself in words just cant seem to find them while speaking.. other then that im fine
play chess; take an acting course; and take some risk (you sound young) you only learn in life through risk. the best course I ever took in college was economics; logic; and sociology, plus acting. Take those courses and trust me you'll be on top some day. Plus do some weight train with mix martial arts. the women will be sucking you off in no time.
I am that way too, I am good in expressing myself in writing. I learn to talk by reading out loud and listening and mimicking talk show Host and Broadcasters, I read some books on logical thinking too and that helps.
Emotional people who are always in hurry... do have this problem...
You are good in expressions while you write… because you have plenty of time to write and edit it as many times as you like...
However, while speaking, you are in a hurry to speak as you think that… the faster you speak the better would be your impression... that is a wrong notion…
always speak with patience… keeping in mind that there is plenty of time for the other party to listen… you are not the only person who is worried to interact… the person on the other side has also stakes in the conversation…
Break-up your sentences in suitable pieces while speaking… and support your speech with gestures using face expressions, nodding your head and movements of your hands…
Speak patiently… if there is a need to repeat your speech with a modified one… just do not hesitate… say sorry and correct your speech with a mild smile…
that doesn't matter , what really matters is what u actually do in practical there a lot of people to talk and a lot listen but none actully uses their advantage of speech over serious matters ," very gud" people hav such disadv. don' mind it just do it,never abstain ur future in ur indulgement in such kind of thoughts which pass by......!!
Doesn't it feel good to know you're not alone!! Sometimes I write it down, ask the listener to listen as u read, then leave it open for discussion. That was where I started! Went thru this many times until I was assured of no negative/abusive response to my words/feelings. Now I'm able to say what is right/comfortable/acceptable me..Maybe you're "logic" or (mine for a fact,) isn't like the next persons-- isn't that what makes us each unique!! You can improve you're logic by trusting you're heart!
it happens with some. still you can improve yourself from present level by participating in debates, discussions with friends etc etc. participation in public speaking gives extra confidence and this helps to improve your vocabulary.
hey there's the popular adage, "Action speaks louder than words", so forget articulating your words let your actions speak :)
Right and left hemispheres of your brain responsible for that. Please check up with neurologist and psychiatrist specialists and take opinions.
one always has to think before one writes ,and writing can happen spontaneously. To express ones thoughts orally it takes a lot of thought and also people are usually very apprehensive and nervous before they speak ;Drafting documents may be a part of a job which is done on a daily basis which is why it may seem a lot easier. But being a good orator depends upon how good you are able to read, adapt and comprehend and eventually effectively explain to a larger audience.Analysing a situation is always a problem with most people but then it is not necessary that one deals with them logically ,it is rather the experiences that help people analyse their situations .
It is good to follow your heart rather than your mind but it is advisable that you think twice before you react to any of your major decisions .
To improve logic one can debate with friends and take ideas from them .
