My mind is full of wrong beliefs about myslef and negative thoughts. I am trying to change but?

Just remember how special that you are.hang around happy up-beat people. Smile, listen and help others less fortunate than you are, they will appreciate it so much, be a mentor, keep active, the more good you do, the better you will feel about yourself and your self esteem will rise...good luck and get going..there are a great many people out there who need you...thank you
