I find that i'm getting panic attacks because of certain events that are occuring that i have no control over, amd i can't cry! I think i'm getting the attacks because i'm not expressing my emotions to anyone and this is how their coming out, maybe? help?!

yes. it's best if you can talk to a close friend or family member about if, or maybe just keep a journal and vent away
it's better than keeping it all bottled up inside
Yea i do once in a while.. I find it helps if u vent to someone....
