What is the reason of lazy?

Answer:
effort - energy = how lazy you are

my own formula for the problem
As the term lazy is usually used by others it is important to exactly define what we are talking about here.

If it is your performance at work etc then do what you are paid to do and use the thought of not being paid to motivate you to start with.

If it is your own perception of your lazy traits, carefully think through why you don't rate your outputs.

Again it may be conditioning and you may actually be quite industrious.

In order to motivate yourself to do more, either break down the tasks into "do-able" pieces or redefine the why as to why you want to achieve these outcomes.

General lazy feelings are normal especially after hard work or illness. If as a rule they start to take over, check you are getting enough iron in your diet e.g. dark green leaves and red meat. Plenty of rest plus a few treats now and again. You ain't a machine !
Laziness Symptoms:

* Changes in bowel and appetite patterns
* Lack of concentration
* Body ache
* Fatigue
* Difficulty in falling asleep
* Difficulty in performing daily routine.

The ancient Hindu medical texts say
that Tamo Guna causes laziness.
It can be overcome by meditation
coupled with Yoga.
"Lasy" is pejorative. "Economy of effort " sounds much better.
