I would ignore that person and totally not communicate with her. It hurts when people lie about you. I am guessing that she is jealous of you. I would say she needs to become more mature.
dont tell her all of your secrets then she won't have anything bad to say about you
Invent a spurious story and gradually include this perfidious "friend" into it. Let nature takes its course and people will readily see what a window licker they are after they spread such a daft story.
