They say that if You're a Psychotic Person you have a Brilliant IQ, is it True?
Well, actually I just heard that, and I wanna know if it's true.

..No. This is a misunderstood concept and this is bad information. Not true. Very, very few psychotic people have a high IQ. In fact, just the opposite is true.
But what IS true is that many brilliant thinkers don't go along with the assumptions and thinking of the general public. They often have advanced, original thoughts about things, so they don't automatically accept or agree with what most people think. This makes them, "outsiders," thinking outside the box. They may even have trouble relating to or communicating with "ordinary" people. This can make them SEEM different, which the average person might interpret as weird, off-balance or even crazy. But most of these people have no disorder at all...and they're certainly not psychotic.
Not necessarily, but delusions of grandeur (not necessarily psychosis) and a brilliant IQ can be a dangerous combination and self-destructive.
