What is your fondest memory from your childhood?
Answer:
All the times I went up to New Hampshire, I've always loved it there, especially the time I went up Mt. Washington with my dad. Story Land & Santa's Village were great too. I remember the cottage we used to rent, my dad would set up my dollhouse on the picnic table for me to play with, and I used to watch him feed chipmunks out of his hand. There was a lake, and behind the cottage was a stone path that led down to it, I used to run into the water and chase the fish, and go out in the canoe with my dad and my uncle. Yes, I think that cottage was my favorite place, my fondest childhood memory.
Playing in my neighbours garden , she had 100s of rabbits running free, goats, cats, ducks, chickens, it was like another world, i loved feeding the baby goats even if they did buck me in the A@@ a few times. lol xxx
Camping and hunting with my dad. It was the only time I felt close to him, he was never around and really wanted a son instead of me. So, when we hunted or fished together he accepted me.
When I was very little, I had an Easter egg hunt at my grandmother's. Apparently, my grandmother's dog thought that he could participate as well. He found more eggs than me and my brother.
Riding my pony, Beauty, is my fondest memory. I can still almost feel the wind rushing by as she galloped eagerly down the hill toward the barn.
The most memorable thing in my childhood was travelling hours on end on a night trip to the usa and only to reach there to go to disney land. it was a dream come true for me esp now when i knew that my parents were sooo damn poor then and my dad got free tickets coz he worked in the airlines but still they saved up money just to bring me n my bro there. they are the most amazing parents in the whole world. and yes this is the strongest memory that got stuck in my head when i was 6. i dont remember anything else but that
