Does anyone else hate call centres?
Answer:
i hate them they are so annoying!! and i hate it when you wait for hours and then you get the most horrable ***** on the end of the phone. and then she speaks to you like **** and you have to pay to be talk to like ****.
and i also hate when they say you can email instead of waiting on the phone and so you email and then they tell you to phone them. wat is the point of saying that you can email when all the say to you is phone them.
customer service is lacking.
Yeh hate em , and I even work in one ha ha
I think I speak for humanity when I say "YES!!"
Yeah I hate calling them! Of course I have learned to also love them since I work at one. At least some of them give you an idea of how long you will be waiting. :)
it makes one angry most of the time because of the urgent help required..
but if u will meet one of my friends then it will be the greatest time pass ever. we usually call such centres and ask the most stupid question we can
i hate call centres, they make no sense, and i dont like their automated responses
Yes, I hate them and try to use a different method of communication.
I think any company or business that only uses call centres, is giving very poor customer service, which usually makes me change who I do business with.
I hate Orange with a passion. Talk about inflexible rule bound jobsworths (not the staffs fault i know)
Yep. It took 4 days to get through to British Gas electric, after which I was ever so slightly miffed with the person who answered!
it would be better to ask Who likes call centres
Remove your business from firms who use them, especially foreign ones in India and the East. There is a move to bring them back to this country because of the level of corruption in India,
ohhhhh my pet hate.. i also hate the automated numbers ...Do i really need to speak to a recording.. no i want to speak to a human
it gets on my nerves and honestly i was
so angry one night i smashed my Sony
ericsson k800I UP and my girl Friend
said i am mental so i have made her
do the calls now and i think she is going
mental now haha.!!
They are absolutely awful, any company who invests in a decent number of humans to answer the phone and who understands your issues, gets my vote. The ones who keep you hanging on and giving you endless choices of numbers to select before putting you through to someone who actually cannot understand what you are saying definitely get the thumbs down.
I rarely use them. If there is a queue I never use them. You can always bypass the ignoant call centre staff by phoning direct. Either that or move your custom elsewhere. There are plenty of good businesess if you shop around.
You can find alternative numbers for companies with the following link, and save on your phone bill as well.
Yes, I think most off the UK citizens would agree, what is most infuriating is when they call from India/Pakistan etc. especially at teatime, If interested I will call, not interested will not call, don't they understand. like bank charges everyone wants to make a buck etc. so can I in the near future ask this government to outlaw this cold selling and invasion into my private life at home? Let me sue them for taking up my time which is valuable and charge them for it as all big companies do it all the time, I rest my case.
As long as there is a "human being" to talk to - no matter in whatever accent, I have no problems. If it's an automated machine - yes, it does take my p!ss
Only the Indian ones!
