How do I find a writer to co-write my book? I have a great idea for a book but I am not a good writer?
Answer:
Check out any of the writing magazines. They always have ads for ghost or co-writers. Also, if you have been approached by a publisher, ask them for a co-writer reference. Good luck.
There are many people who would be happy to co-author your book for a fee. You need to go ahead and start by making a rough draft. You should carry a notebook around with you and make notes as things occur to you that you want to include. Then type the basics into a Word document. Once you have it kind of like you want it, you can find co-authors online, but it does cost money. You also want to have done as much of the work as possible.
Would you believe most writers aren't really that great at the start? But as they say, practice, practice, practice or in your case, rewrite, rewrit, rewrite. What you need is a good editor who would see you through. Good luck! I too hope that I could find the time to finally write.
I've been writing books for years. I do a basic outline and then get someone on the phone and go over the outline. Then I pay a woman to transcribe the call, and edit it.
If you are going to tell your story, you'll need to find someone you trust. Someone who can help you discuss your life without shaming or judging you.
A ghost writer will do the same thing except she'll do the editing and the outline.
Works great.
This whole process is explained at:

That's free.
Guarantee you can find an excellent ghostwriter on the site listed below. Don't just go for the lowest price, though.
Here are some suggestions for making sure you've got a good one:
- ask to see RELEVANT writing samples
- ask the writer to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- clarify your timetable, and how you'd like to work together
Good luck!
