I'm in a bad mood! help!?

i'm in a really pissed off/down mood. what can i do to help it? i've been this way all day and the weather is crap. i feel very unmotivated. i need some serious help. i dont want to eat or do anything. i'm slightly depressed... if maybe we had some SUNSHINE like a normal SUMMER then i'd be ok... help me please! i'm a wreck!

well happiness is a state of mind so why dont you watch a tv show you like or hang with friends. being productive and having things to laugh at could really bring your spirits up. i hope you have a good rest of the day!

We cant help you if we dont know what it bothering you besides the weather . . . just know that you are stong enough to ask for help which means you are strong enough to get over this.

yeah it sounds like you're going through depression, i am too. watch some TV shows that cheer you up or listen to music. Its not sunny in NY either.

Join the crowd. I've been feeling lousy all day with a thunderstorm and heavy rain on and off. Finally, I took out an old book, Mary Shelly's "Frankenstein" and started to read it. She wrote the story after being stuck in the house for a week because of constant rain. I felt sympathy for her and my depression sort of faded. Then, I came to this site. YA always cheers me up. It's like having an army of invisible friends you can always count on to help you. So, keep in mind that tomorrow is another day. I'm sending thoughts your way that you'll be in a better mood in the morning.
Make plans for something fun that you are going to do in the near future. Set down and get a pen and paper and just write all of your plans down. Even write down all of the stuff that you need to take with you on this exciting day. Drink some coffee or something while you are doing this it keeps you goin if your down. I do this all of the time. But I dont even need the pen and paper any more. I keep it all organized in my head. Take care of yourself. David
