How can I fix this in just 30 minutes...?

Okay, I am very sad. My mom and my sister went out and I've been crying for like an hour. Then my mom called and said she'd pick me up in 30 minutes to go to the store (who has a super-cutie) to buy a CD. So, my face is all red, and I can't stop thinking about what's making me sad. My keyboard is so wet.how can I stop thinking about that little think I don't want to mention so I don't remember it and have a happy face in 30 minutes??

first off you need to breathe and calm down: drink water, wash off your face, listen to calm/soothing music, and take slow deep breathes every once in awhile. concentrate on something else other than the thing you don't want to think of; such as good times with your mom or sister that won't make you so sad. think of happy things/times you've shared with them and don't forget to breathe..as for the cutie, strut your stuff, but don't go over board ;)
