Well I don't know if they can, but I do know a way you can find out. Have a friend stand by the window while you stand outside. If you can see your friend, the answer is yes. If you can't, the answer is no.

Maybe. But if they can sense you when you're looking at them from where they can actually see you, if they tried, I'd say it's no different. I have a bit of the sense to feel if someone is watching me, but I believe that some people don't, now that you mention it. You could try it, look at people out of your dark tinted bedrm window, and see if they turn around and look at you. It is a safe place to do it, if they can't see you but you can see them.
