Answer:
..Confidence is the feeling that you can do something, even if you've never done it before. Confidence is earned...by giving yourself full credit for your achievements - rather than dismissing them as trivial or ordinary. Doing this as a matter of personal policy, as a kind of automatic habit, will give you a good baseline of confidence to make decisions and take decisive action. Each time you give yourself full credit will be like depositing money into an account...the interest you get back is self-confidence.
If you're having trouble being decisive or being confident in your decisions, a good start would be to make an inventory of the many things you've accomplished in your life, large or small. Then think about each one, saying to yourself, "That was a good, worthy effort, I'm glad I did it."
In decision making, confidence is aided by doing your homework. One key to a confident decision is stating the possible solutions, even ones you dream up using your imagination. Then compare the pros and cons for each. If one is a clear winner, this will aid your confidence in the decision.
Another key is to make a realistic plan. This will facilitate confident implementation of your decision.
Yet another key is involving others in the decision. To judge if this is appropriate, just ask yourself if certain others WANT to be involved in the decision and whether they have the right know-how to contribute good input. Their quality input and support will make you even more confident that your decision is the right one.
beat up someone smaller than you, thats always fun.
joking, joking...
1 - i guarantee everyone you know sometimes feels just like you do right now, so dont get too freaked out
2 - try doing activities that make you feel good, and do them with a few other people, feeling like you fit in with something thats important to you can help confidence, ignore fitting in to trendy crap and things you dont really care about
3 - wear clothes that make you feel like you're looking good, if you feel good about your look, you'll be more confident
4 - just be you. just talk to people, and be honest and open about stuff and who you are, and listen to their views also. just talking to people and getting to know someone helps a lot. human interaction is a huge part of being confident in yourself.
5 - make a joke (like i did to start). it gets people's attention, and if you can make them chuckle a little, they're more comfortable usually, and you'll be more relaxed.
masturbate.
Simple, Just say to yourself, if George Bush can become U.S president then theres nothing in this world I cant accomplish.
think everything through
