Did you find that term in the Yahoo! News Story about brain scans revealing why meditation works? Because I was reading it and saw that term and was like "oh gosh! That guy was just asking where that was" so I looked it up in Yahoo! Images to see what came up and it gave me this. The text says numbers 9 and 46 are where the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex are. I gave you the whole site so you can read the website within the site I gave you also. No offense to the guy above, but Wikipedia is not a credible site so I wouldn't rely on it much even if it happens to be correct for this situation. There's been great controversy on Wikipedia being used in schools and reports.
Hey, try www.innerbody.com. If this doesn't help ask an instructor. That's what they get paid for? Rostral means-beak-shaped. Foghorn Leghorn.
I'm just guessing here but, dorsalateral prefrontal cortex is the right back end of the prefrontal cortex. Let me know if I guessed right please!
Let's start with the basics. Wikipdia has links to a couple really nice pictures under th listing for "prefrontal cortex". (Scroll down to external links.)

Oh, ah. Also, look here:

That picture should actually be what you're looking for, I suspect.
Dorsolateral just means involving the back and side. So it's the back and side portions of the prefrontal cortex in the right hemisphere. More on this here:
