Bad habits? Ones you have/used to have in regard to living with others?
Answer:
^When I was a small child, maybe 2 or 3, I didn't know how to fight, so if someone tried to hurt me I would bit them. I grew out of that habit fast, now I only bite if you want me to.
Getting upset about something very little and not saying anything and letting it blow up into something big.
I have had allergies all my life, and I had a bad habit of leaving used snot rags everywhere. I realize this is gross, I try very hard to stick them in my pocket or something now if I am not near a garbage.
I used to clip my toenails where ever I was, watching tv in living room, in bed. Okay I found this isnt the greatest thing to do when stray toenails stuck into me at night. I used to turn off media when no one was in the room. I guess people can listen from around the house. Leaving tissues, yes, I've done that. Also leaving used dishes and glasses around. Very gross, live and learn...Answering this question isn't as fun as I thought it would be. It's much mor fun to dish on bad habits of others!
Yes, it was a bad habit, but you don't have it anymore right?
Main rule: respect. If you're still at home it's a Little different, food is bought for everyone, except when specify, from a family member, that please don't touch .whatever. You still need to respect that.
If you have roommates....stronger rule:
if it's not yours don't touch it!
if it's not your food don't eat it!
if you did not buy it, leave it alone!
if it's your mess, clean it!
if you need something, ALWAYS ask for permission , if you used food (for friends coming over as a not planned, you family, etc) replace it ASAP!!
Even on money issues, half and half religiously.
Same rules that you want for you, you need to apply to others.
Be a good roommate.....
i am not kid anymore but still bite my nails
