Why are people on forums so competitive and argumentative?
When you know they are probably of the most submissive kind in real life.
Answer:
Why, because it's just me and my computer. It's not as if, we're face to face, so what have I got to lose? A lot of people on line, are extremely rude and aggressive, but if you were to see them in person more than likely, it would be a different story. Even though assertive, I try to be respectful, on line, but unfortunately, not everyone, is that way. And as for being competitive, it's the win at any cost, mentality.
Forums are where you express your opinion. It's a way for you to say things without holding anything back, so there none of the BS there.
Competitive I am not !
Argumentative is part of why forum such as this are created as a platform for people to exchange ideas
If you are not comfortable don't log-on just sit in you room and enjoyed your privacy within the comfort of your home is a good suggestion.
