Have you ever seen something so disgusting you puked?

I work in the emergency room of a hospital, my first few days there, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do what I was trained to do. And threw up several times.
I found it unbelievable what people can do to themselves, and each other. But that was a lot of years ago, I have overcome it, because I know I am needed in crisis situations.
Every time the doors fly open, I swallow, and tell myself, you can do this....thanks
