Answer:
As far as I know, there is really no scientific evidence to support the existence of past lives, nor that regression therapy taps into them. Here is a quote which pretty much sums it up:

"There are at least two attractive features of past life regression. Since therapists charge by the hour, the need to explore centuries instead of years will greatly extend the length of time a patient will need to be "treated," thereby increasing the cost of therapy. Secondly, the therapist and patient can usually speculate wildly without much fear of being contradicted by the facts."
Yes, I did. It was through MATRIX which I don't know even exists now. I had been in talk therapy for a while, but started individual and group with MATRIX and made tremendous progress!! The first five years of our lives are very formative of our personality. I had been locked in a bathroom as a toddler--probably a popular parental punishment for noisey toddlers in the early '30s. I even found a government Farm Bureau tact to women urging this intervention with angry demanding toddlers!! It worked very effectively, because I couldn't come out without being quiet and furthermore, with a smile on my face!! I learned very quickly to make no waves; to do as I was told and to do it with a smile!! This cast I was in crumbled in my early 30's and luckily, I found this reparenting therapy and group. I broke out of my "cast", became my own person and realized that I had held in a great deal of rage for not being able to be myself. I've lived a full life since!!
