I'm trying to figure out what a normal person would eat in a day, on average. What did you eat yesterday?

I don't want to ask this on a health board, because it'll be a bunch of people on a diet. :-)

Please just be honest, that's all I ask.

Answer:
I skip breakfast... normally everyday. I hear that's no good.

Grilled ham sandwhich, bakes beans, and corn for lunch.

Probably snacked on 3 servings of chips!

Cold pasta for dinner.

Bowl of cereal and a spoonful of peanut butter for bedtime snack.

About 3 sodas throughout the day.

Hmmm... I think I eat less than I used to!

I'm 20 y/o, 5'3, 125 lbs, white, female, healthy, I'm a smoker, I don't exercise, and I'm currently unemployed.
Define normal. This would depend on age, gender, ethnicity, activeness of lifestyle, geographic location, health consciousness, and a number of other factors. In other words, the question is too broad.
i had coffee and a cig for breakfast a hot dog and some chips water to drink for lunch and pirogies in spaghetti sauce and garlic bread milk to drink for dinner
Rice checks for breakfast , Peanut butter sandwich for lunch, Pork w/ white rice and mixed vegetables for dinner.
an english muffin with strawberry jame and a banana for breakfast, my morning snack was 4 ritz with a slice of cheese, lunch was a lean cusine, mid day snack was chips ahoy 100 calorie snack pack, dinner was pasta with meatballs and a glass of red wine
well for breakfast I had yogurt and a papaya fruit. about two hours later, I had a granola bar, then for lunch, I had turkey and cheese sandwich an apple a glass of milk and grahm crackers. um, three hours later I had a package of animal crackers and then for dinner I had a grilled chicken salad.
i had toast with jam on it for breakfast with some fruit juice and then for lunch i had leftover pizza with a brisk iced tea and i probably had some sort of snack or 2 in between lunch and dinner... i think it was yogurt and maybe a banana and then for dinner i had a meatball marinara sub from subway with milk
Small bowl of cereal (flakes) for breakfast with dried fruit; pb&jelly for lunch (raspberry, sugar free, creamy pb); 2 small pieces of lasagna and zucchini and potatoes baked in olive oil for supper; 2 pieces of string cheese throughout the day as snacks as well as some sort of granola bar; drank mostly water and some iced tea. Would have maimed, if not killed, for a donut.

I'm 26 african american, pretty healthy, I'm from Southern California.
Yesterday I had:
For breakfast I had a glass of passion tea and a banana.
For lunch I had a shredded beef burrito and a small coke from Del taco.
For dinner I had stir fried shrimp and pasta that I made at home.
For a snack I had a nectarine.
5'3" 110lbs.
breakfast. I had 3/4 cup oatmeal w/cinnamon and sweet & low w/8oz. of 1% milk for breakfast.
mid morning snack 1/2 apple 8oz glass of water
Lunch Fat Free pita bread wturkey,light mayo pickles
and 1/2 apple
mid day snack 5 almonds 8oz water
dinner very lg salad fat free dressing added turkey and ham to salad 8oz of water and 8oz of milk 1%
and 2 more glasses of water.
walked about 3 miles in 45 min.try to do that three times a week.
Quick tips to trim down
Always eat every 3-4 hours never skip meals try to get about 4oz of protien at lunch and dinner it helps to keep the hunger at bay.
Drink your water and try and stay away from soda's I do treat myself to a diet coke once a day IF AND ONLY IF I have drank my 5-8oz glasses of water.
Try to walk 3-4 times a week for 45 min each time try to get it down so that you are doing 1 mile in 15 min.
