what is mean of observation learning? and where we use it?? and it is important to understan it? do we need it in our study mathods?? plz i need ur help???

Observational learning is about the learning of behaviour by observing what others do and the consequences their actions have.

We use it everywhere. When we train for a job we learn by observing our trainer. If we attend a social gathering for the first time we observe what others are doing and copy their behaviour.

So I would think it is very important that we understand it.

maybe we should concentrate on our spelling first.
