Well with lemons make lemonade I don't know what you would do with poopy lol. Seriously do you have a good friend or family you can talk to? If things are bad at home or whatever find a hobby that will keep you busy if something is real bad find someone to listen don't stop till ya do. Good luck,,,,

hang out with friends dont have friends make them or take up meditating and judt see how lucky u r in what u have.
Get a hobby. Join a class. Do something different.
