Is it true that you could know most of a new person's characters within the first 90 minutes of meeting ?

a phychologist once said so

Answer:
90 minutes is way too long cuz the person can fake stuff. People claim 3 mins is more than enough. However, after reading some books, I agree with one of the authors that it's easier to know a person's character by visiting his/her house. It's hard to gain access to someone's property if you have just met him/her though.
Yes!My best friend met me and he told me a lot of stuff about him in about 1 hour.
