Heck yea! 30 is the new 25! Maybe 30 years ago you were supposted to be settled by 30, but nowadays people just can't afford to make dreams come true at 25 anymore.

I think it depends on the person. A resilient and aware person realizes that youth isn't really a factor in whether or not you're a success in life, and if your dreams have come true or not. If you define your dreams coming true as only happening before the age of 30, in fact, that's pretty sad, considering that most people these days will live considerably longer than 30 years.
I think it's much more common for people to find that their dreams will come true after the age of 30 than before, since most of the satisfying things in life take time and commitment. Dream on!
