Could glasses be the reason why
someone new will catch your eye?
Is it the 20th centuary curse
on having a partner for life
as you get older and so to your wife
your eyes they grow dimmer
and let in less light!
You would not see the rinkles
appear on the face
or the frown where a smile
was usually in place.
I am just pulling your chain
we all know loves deeper
and not at all vain

Wearing glasses are supposed to make you see clearer vision so you could clearly see the wrinkles and frown.
