Every now and then, I feel as if I am naked and I get a feeling of shame all over me. What could this be?

If this really bothers you, and it sounds as though it does, maybe you should talk with a psychiatrist. Only then you could find out if it is a suppressed memory. You need to find out why you are having these feelings, so you can face them and go on with your life. You are young, don't wait any longer, it would hurt relationships you have now or in your future. Take care and God Bless.

yeah it is probably some thing you did as a kid (even if you dont remember it) and now evertime somthing happens that reminds your brain of the inccodent you get that feelingg just try and figure out inccodent and then resolve it it should help
Why are you ashamed of being naked thats just a lack of confidence. I get naked all the time publicly when im pissed up.
I still can't get over you get arrested for being naked i mean what its your skin the most natural thing you can do is be naked.
I know this probably isnt helping but just remember being ashamed is a sign of a lack of confidence in yourself be brave who cares what people think try it for a day i tell people to shut up all the time for making idiot comments about how people look and how they live. If you feel ashamed with yourself do something to make yourself feel better about it.
