How can you be very strong against bad emotions and people who disturb u?how can u find strengh inside u??
Answer:
have Patience and don't bother yourself caring what people say about you...let them be with their little brains...be strong
Just keep saying in your head eff it.
Do things to keep your mind busy...
Dont think about it
grit your teeth and get really angry, start growling, clench your teeth tight, grrrrrrrrrrrr!!! and summon the inner strength
and strength will come, trust me, try it
i'd say just look at the situation, get mad, and just put some thought into it. there is no reason to stress and let it eat at you but at least giving it thought like a grown up instead of taking it personally and letting it rip you apart is a lot healthier. Eventually you will just say F'it and F these people
This question involves two things. (1) Whether you care about them. (2) If not, whether you have other people to care about.
Because if you have a set of ideas that narrow down who you should care about and who you should not, then your question wouldn't arise!:)
It's the channel of your emotional energy pal. Use it well and with those who care about you. People who care about you are far greater than those who you care about. Remember: One is beautiful when s/he is loved!
There must be someone you cares about you, but maybe since you have been ignoring it, it's glow has faded.
And who can love you more than yourself? Who feeds you when you're hungry and moves you when you need to? Believe in yourself- It is part of believing in God.
Besides, try to be assertive. Tell the people who hurt you that you (a) acknowledge/appreciate their (lousy) effort in correcting you. (b) Show them how you feel about the topic and (c) express how you'd rather have them speak to you about this in person or how you'd like to do things your way. Be assertive and use a confident body language with a firm tome of voice. I most cases, you'd only have to do this once so relax. I had the same problem and I'm grateful I did. Do you know why?
Because now I know how to walk up the ladder when I fall. So hats off to you! The more intense the experience you have, the stronger leg muscles will you have in victory:)
