I wonder if some part of it is just simple ignorance. Do these people know that it is possible to prevent pregnancy? Do they know how to go about preventing pregnancy?
On the other hand, I think that some of it is probably a kind of R-strategist animal instinct. They can't take care of their children like a K-strategist, so they are forced to adopt an R-strategist policy: Pass on your genes to a child, or preferably multiple children, in the bitter hope that even if you die, and most of your children die, maybe one or two will be lucky enough to survive.
That is a pretty bleak way of looking at things, and some will probably find that answer offensive, but on a fundamental level, humans are still animals, and it would be irresponsible to ignore the possibility that at the worst of times, we might end up acting from purely animal instincts.

What are you doing to help? However small your help is, what have you done in the past, present, or plan to do in the future for these people who need our help? As little as it is, as small as it seems, are you doing anything to help? Because they are hungry, and there are sources to help.
Regardless of where people live they should not be having children if they can not take care of them. It's not up to me to feed and cloth them, I didn't lay down and make those babies.
well you will be to some and others youll be cheered. what do you expect, someone to welcome you for starving a kid. well in certain countries youll be in jail. its not a social disease, its just women there are highly likely to be raped and they dont have any money to care for the baby.
