Does eany body now abought Charles Linden anxiety?

Answer:
Yes, it's worth the money.
I think it messes up your mind, by making you make stupid spelling mistakes and not noticing them.
It's a set of like 4-5 CDs you listen to. It starts off with 9 pillars to follow one a day and you work on self-hypnosis. You listen and visualize yourself letting go of your anxiety. His premise is that a small part of your brain is over-reacting, and you have to learn to relax enough to calm down that part. He says that YOU are causing your own anxiety, which in some way is true, but in others is not.

I tried it and to be honest, it made me feel like a loser and a failure because after like 3-4 months, I barely felt any better. I had medical problems that had not been diagnosed, so my anxiety-symptoms were actually a real problem that I had to correct. I downloaded his program, so I could probably send you an MP3 if I still have it. I might not have all of it, but I might have some portions if you want to test.
I been to the website about it. I've heard it's help some people and not done so well with others. I was curious to find out what it was but couldn't afford the download, DVDs etc. I am trying out Emotional Freedom Technique which has really helped me a lot. These are some links about it.
The mans a pillock. Complete codswallop.
