I actually used to smoke...and i quit cold turkey...trying to quit slowely didn't work for me...It all depends on your personality and what you prefer.
depends on the habit and how willing you are to stop.
Not hard. To do it: hypnotize yourself or see a hypnotherapist. You'll be amazed.
The best way to change a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit. So instead of smoking? Drink water. Always sleeping in? Get into the habit of rising earlier, or going to bed earlier. Always late? Get into the habit of getting to your meetings, and appointments fifteen minutes earlier. Replace all bad habits with a good habit.
It takes three weeks for a habit to become ingrained into our daily lives.
So work with these two facts, and be patient for three weeks, and you will find that you have rid yourself of your bad habit.
