Does this happen to anyone else?

Do you ever get a feeling that something someone said or a certain situation has already happened. It usually only lasts for like 5 seconds, but it seems like you've already heard everything that the person you are talking to has said a long time ago. Or it may be a certain situation where something happens (not necessarily odd or out of the ordinary either), and you are positive that the exact thing has happened before. This usually happens like a few times a month or so, it's completely random and comes at strange times. Can anyone give a good explanation for this?

Answer:
This is called Deja Vu.
This occurs when one of your eyes is faster than the other.
One of your eyes sees something and it travels to the brain and creates a memory...by the time that the second eye records the same thing...it is already a memory in your mind and it seems like you have done it before...

five times a month seems like an awful lot...this happens to almost everyone, though.

My Psychology Teacher told me...
I'm sure you can find it in a psychology text book...
Check out "Deja Vu" in Wikipedia...at first it talks about deja vu in literature and paranormal ideas of what it is...
But look at the Scientific Research part...
yes..omg this happens quite a few times to me...aaah i feel like i've been in that situation so many times..its crazy! Like i lived it already..why? Thats a good question!
yeah i i do get this feeling from childhood..its just illustion.. you know brain is netwoking of 1 billions neurones..happens.
once I have heard that is the brain that receive the message of the situation some seconds before the senses
or there is a discoordination between the perceiving
