whenever i go out i feel insecure abt my looks..and most of the time i feel i'm looking bad.b'coz of that i feel upset
it does't happen when i'm home.
and above all i 'm reasonably good looking person.
how should i overcome with this bad habit.

if you just said your good lookiing, it doesn't make sense for you to say youre insecure about your looks. but if you are when you go out, just keep reminding yourself you think your good looking

everybody is their own worst enemy no matter what happens u are still going to have this bad habit even if u keep telling urself that u are beautiful..
