What is your worst fear?

Getting old, sick and alone. I think nothing could be worse. In this situation nowadays are most of the people worldwide, especially in big cities, in poor villages old people are happier and better considered by the family.
Getting run over feet first by a steam roller.
Im even to scared to tell (frightened, i dont want anyone getting any ideas)
drowning knowing that i couldent hold my breath for one more second or my insides would blow up.
i hate the sea n lots of dark deep water

Brain Degenoration, Like brain cancer or something. I'd rather shoot myself in the head and get it over with quick. Rather then losing who I am as I die.

Dying while not being mentally fine, mental illness runs in my family but the idea of losing my mind and then dying is just scary to me.
Being flayed alive would probably be the most painful, but all-around worst would probably be being buried alive.
Getting killed by a chav. Oh, the irony. They kill me before I get to kill them.
In a room filled with squeaking styrofoam or fingernails on a chalkboard. If I died surrounded by that I'd be freaked out.
