Do you think that dysfunctional family life contributes to worsening relationships in society?

It seems to be so.

Answer:
i absolutely agree though i do believe people can overcome these disadvantages
I think society causes dysfunctional families. I mean if people weren't so stressed out about where their next meal is coming from and weren't forced to work 2 jobs while going to school and still try to find the time to actually raise their children, families probably wouldn't be so dysfunctional. So in essence I suppose it all depends on what you consider to be dysfunctional, cause I think there is no such thing as a functional family or a functional society for that matter. ;-)
What starts at home is brought to the culture. Most of society is formed by the beliefs of it's families so yes it can change a society if more and more families are unhealthy meaning the people in the family do not communicate or work well together. A lot of people mingle their problems from home with other parts of their lives.
