When you feel very idle, lack of motivation and find your self sleeping a lot,?
Answer:
I would venture to guess you are experiencing some form of depression...as long as you are not experiencing suicidal thoughts, you may be able to get yourself out of your slump on your own, but i would still consider some form of talk therapy. i would suggest forcing yourself, daily, even if you feel like crap doing it at the time, to go outside and get some sun and go for a 30 min. walk and get your blood pumping-physical excercise and sunshine are natural serotonin (feel-good brain chemical) boosters. give yourself a month of daily activity as suggested to see some really tangible results. Then, at the same time, take a high quality supplement (Source of Life does wonders. do a search on line. I live for that stuff! no i'm not am advertiser), and also take epsom salt baths daily (this has a detoxifying effect on the body and has an amazingly positive effect on your state of mind and is readily available at any drugstore), take a high quality vit c supplement 2-3 times daily min. (emergen-c is awesome!). And last but not least, do some soul searching and reach out to God and pray any prayer that comes to mind and ask Him to help you figure out what your here on Earth to do!! I promise you will feel better if you can even do one of these things..it will help you meet the demands of school and life in general. i really hope you can get out of this slump. best of luck to you! hope this wasn't "too much information!" Peace. Lauren
could be anything from how well you sleep to what you eat to chemicals in your brain, see a doc, or do more things to make you happy and focus on what your doing when you need to do it
Watch some movies or anime that thier stories are about school
Sounds like the symptoms of clinical depression, to me. The last thing you feel like doing is getting up and being active, but it's exactly what will actually help you feel better when it's all said and done. Exercise. My advice is read up on clinical/major depression. You can find out a lot about it on the Internet...and the treatments for it. In the meantime, make yourself be active..it really will help. I know it's hard...but that's one of the important things a professional would advise you to do. Good luck!
fall in love, its the ultimate booster.
could be clinical depression, or it could be that you are jsut not interested in doing what you are scheduled to do.
Best advice is to see a doc to find out if you are suffering from depression.
Get out of your bed, you MUST get out of your bed, the more you stay there the more you wanna sleep, even try getting out of your house, go under the sun in the outdoor area, if your school has a nice environment sit under some trees under the sun. That will help you out definitely. the environment should inspire you to get back into school.
And maybe you need to switch a major you're interested in, if you don't see any career opportunity or are too bored with the major you're currently doing, you 'll lose motivation.
You don't goto school because YOU HAVE TO, you goto school for a reason.
