If you were mentally challenged and ran away from your ward--where would you go?

So you are mentally challenged and you run away from your psychiatric ward because apparently you are challenged enough to get accepted there yet you are smart enough to know that there's more to life than the ward you are staying in. So where would you go if you were able to run away from this hospital (ward)? What would you think? What would be the first thing you do? --IT WAS YOUR PARENTS THAT PUT YOU THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE (so dont say--I would look for mom and dad!)

I actually tried this once. i was planning on going to the nearest train track and jumping on the next one that passed by. wherever it was going, iwanted to go. (i didnt make it out though, its nearly impossible. very high security)
