My intuition is always wrong. Its sorta hyperactive. How do I hone in on my true intuition?
Answer:
..Intuition is when the brain comes to conclusions without you consciously thinking about it. It seems to me your problem is that your brain relies too heavily on right-brain decisions, relying on association memory and feelings mostly.
It may take a while, but if you consciously try to reason through your decisions better on a regular basis, your brain will create a balance of right-brain and left-brain patterns that will work better for your unconscious processes - your intuition.
It's not a matter of "true" intuition. It's a matter of better intuition using better decision making abilities.
Meditation works miracles for attracting all things positive to ones life. Self or inward reflection / awareness is the key to everything that's truly important in life. Not being able to trust your intuition only means you're not accurately assessing what's going on around you or inside of you. Your intuition can not be seen with your eyes, or sensed with your nose or ears so shut them down long enough to become more self-aware.
