Surround yourself with positive people. Be more mindful of your words and actions, and act intentionally. Make positive choices that will help remove drama from your life.
don't start drama. next time your gonna start something think to yourself "what would (insert name of someone you admire) do right now?"
dont do above if someone you admire is like lindsey lohan or something.
one way is to take a deep breath and hold for 10 seconds and then breath out then resume normal breathing patterns. then after than examine the situation and ask yourself if doing what your doing is a good idea from your perspective looking at someone else in your place.
STOP WATCHING SHITT Y SHOWS LIKE FLAVOR OF LOVE AND THOSE OTHER CRAP FIGHTING SHOWS ON VH1.
STOP LEARNING HOW TO SCREAM LIKE SOME CHICKENHEAD AND ACTUALLY CALM DOWN
stop watching soap operas, drama, love stories, if you do watch them. you will only depress yourself. go with out with happy people and watch action or comedy movies. you know your problem then find your solution.
